Volunteer Registration

I understand that I am volunteering my services in connection with a service project (“the Project”) organized by YouthBuild Boston (“YBB”). I agree that I am responsible for my own actions and that I will only volunteer for aspects of the Project that I feel comfortable performing.  I hold YBB, its officers, directors, employees, agents, donors, volunteers, and other affiliates, successors and assigns, collectively and individually harmless from any and all claims and liabilities arising from my volunteered services related to the Project, including but not limited to any rights, claims, or causes of action resulting from personal injury, death or damage to any property.

I acknowledge that the Project's activities may be recorded by photograph and/or video and that the images may be utilized by YBB for publicity purposes.
By checking above, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and executed this release.
