OUR PROCESS

YouthBuild Boston utilizes a develop/design/build project delivery system. By keeping all services in-house, YBB is able to simplify the project development process, save time and money, and take-on more projects of varying scales.

1. DEVELOP- Our development arm, Dudley Economic Empowerment Partners (DEEP), provides the funding and pre-development project management for YBB’s construction projects, which serve as the training grounds for the young people in our programs. 

2. DESIGN- Designery program staff create design proposals, presentation materials, and construction documents for our projects. 

3. BUILD- The students in our vocational training programs work alongside skilled instructors and mentors in the trades to complete all construction work on meaningful projects in their community.
