ubuild Days of Serivce
uBuild days fund our workforce development programs while delivering a tangible and intangible impacts to underserved Boston communities.
Your company will donate funds and provide up to 100 volunteers, and YouthBuild Boston will plan a student led community project with one of our community partners. We’ll take care of the logistics, project management, volunteer leadership, and on-site support on the day of the project. Volunteer teams will build connections with each other and the community, strengthening your workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Possible projects include constructing pre-fabricated building kits for garden beds, shelving units, and picnic tables.

Individual Volunteerism and Mentorship
