YouthBuild Boston’s Pre-Apprenticeship Program offers pathways into the construction industry through hands-on carpentry training, industry-recognized credentials, and on-the-job learning opportunities. Participants also build essential workforce and professional skills to support long-term career success.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent to participate in Stage 2 of the YBB Carpentry Pre-Apprenticeship Program.
