Stage 1 is where young adults begin building the foundation for their future. During this phase, participants work toward earning their high school credential while also developing essential skills like teamwork, communication, and career readiness.

It’s a time to explore different career pathways, gain hands-on exposure to the trades and design, and build confidence in a supportive, community-centered environment. Stage 1 is all about showing up, learning new skills, and taking steps toward something bigger.
